1. Soak in soapy water

Soak the matte rayon T-shirt in soapy water to ensure it is fully covered. Soaking in soapy water for about 30 minutes can continuously relax the fabric of the garment, which is beneficial for stretching and reshaping the garment. It is also possible to start gently stretching while the garment is soaking, but this is not absolutely necessary.

2. Soak in baby shampoo or conditioner

Soak a matte rayon T-shirt in water with an appropriate amount of baby shampoo or conditioner (mix about 15 milliliters of baby shampoo or gentle conditioner per 1 liter of water). The principle of this method is that baby shampoo and conditioner can relax the fibers of the shrunken clothes. As the fibers are relaxed, they become easier to stretch and operate, and the clothes can be stretched back to their appropriate size.

Shrinkage of matte rayon is a normal phenomenon. It can be washed again and stretched when it dries, but it cannot return to its original state and can only minimize losses.

Matte rayon loses 30% to 50% of its strength in the wet state, and normally shrinks by 12% to 15%. Therefore, care should be taken during washing. After drying, the strength can be restored. Modified viscose matte rayon, high moisture modulus (HWM) viscose fiber, has poor elasticity and resilience, and can also contract significantly after washing, making it susceptible to mold and decay.

It is recommended to refer to the inner washing label of the clothes for cleaning, which can better protect the fabric of the clothes;

If it can be washed with water, please pay attention to the following points when cleaning:

1) It is necessary to use neutral or silk wool specific detergents for cleaning, and do not use strong alkaline detergents.

2) Wash at room temperature, gently rub, do not use a washing board for washing, machine washing can use the gentle program of a drum washing machine;

3) Colorful clothing can be used for color stains on non fading clothing, and white clothing is prohibited for color stains;

4) Use Fabric softener for softening care;

5) Hang or fold in half to dry in the shade, do not expose to sunlight (to avoid yellowing), and do not dry.
